3-Room Healthy Home Fit Check

Understand What Your Home May Be Carrying — One Room at a Time

A practical, education-first review of three everyday spaces — available remotely by video or in-home for local clients — to help you notice indoor air, surfaces, moisture patterns, airflow, support tools, and daily habits more clearly.

A room can look clean and still feel dusty, stale, damp, scented, heavy, or off.

The 3-Room Healthy Home Fit Check helps you look at your home through a practical, whole-room lens. Instead of focusing on one number, one product, or one isolated issue, we look at how the room may be behaving as a system.

Healthy Home Day reviews three everyday spaces through the lens of Load, Flow, and Rhythm:

Load — what the room may be carrying
Flow — how air and moisture may be moving
Rhythm — the daily habits and patterns that shape the space over time

The goal is simple: to help you understand your space more clearly and choose useful next steps.

What Is a 3-Room Fit Check?

The 3-Room Fit Check is a practical, non-invasive healthy-home review of three rooms or areas in your home.

It is designed to help you better understand what may be shaping how those rooms feel, including:

  • dust and particle patterns
  • moisture and humidity clues
  • airflow and ventilation patterns
  • odors, scent, and product buildup
  • soft surfaces and high-use areas
  • cleaning and maintenance routines
  • room layout and daily habits
  • support tools that may fit the space

This is not about judging your home. It is about seeing the space more clearly.

Good Rooms to Choose

Most people begin with the rooms where they spend the most time or notice the most discomfort.

Good choices may include:

  • bedroom
  • living room
  • home office
  • kitchen
  • bathroom
  • laundry area
  • exercise or yoga room
  • guest room
  • any room that feels stale, damp, dusty, scented, heavy, or “off”

If you are not sure which rooms to choose, we can decide together before we begin.

What’s Included

Your 3-Room Fit Check includes:

  • Review of three rooms or everyday spaces
  • Visual, non-invasive room observations
  • Spot readings using consumer reference tools when appropriate
  • Practical review of dust, moisture, airflow, surfaces, scent, and daily patterns
  • Load / Flow / Rhythm room notes
  • Simple next-step recommendations
  • Education-first conversation during the Fit Check
  • Follow-up summary with practical suggestions

The Fit Check is designed to give you clarity without overwhelm.

How It Works

1. Request a Fit Check

Use the form to tell me a little about your home, your three rooms, and what you have been noticing.

2. We Confirm the Fit

Before we begin, we confirm the format, scope, rooms, timing, and whether the Fit Check is the right service for your situation.

3. We Review the Three Rooms

During the Fit Check, I review three rooms through the Healthy Home Day lens of Load, Flow, and Rhythm.

For an in-home Fit Check, I walk through the rooms with you.
For a remote Fit Check, you guide me through the rooms by video.

4. We Talk Through What Shows Up

We talk through what shows up during the Fit Check, with practical education along the way. The goal is to help you understand what may be shaping the space.

5. You Receive Next Steps

After the Fit Check, you receive a simple written summary with observations and suggested next steps.

What We May Look At

Every home is different, but the Fit Check may include attention to:

  • visible dust patterns
  • signs of excess moisture or dryness
  • room airflow and air movement
  • closed doors, blocked vents, or stagnant zones
  • soft surfaces such as rugs, bedding, curtains, upholstery, or cushions
  • cleaning products, scent products, candles, sprays, or plug-ins
  • high-touch and high-use surfaces
  • pet areas
  • cooking or laundry-related patterns
  • humidity, temperature, and particle readings when appropriate
  • practical support tools such as filtration, purification, humidity control, better cleaning tools, or simple monitors

The focus is always practical: what may be shaping the room, and what next step makes sense.

What You Receive

After your 3-Room Fit Check, you receive a simple written summary that may include:

  • key observations from each room
  • Load / Flow / Rhythm notes
  • practical room-by-room suggestions
  • simple habits to consider
  • support tool categories that may be helpful
  • suggested priority next steps

The summary is designed to help you remember what we discussed and take action without feeling overwhelmed.

Who This Is For

The 3-Room Fit Check may be a good fit when:

  • a home feels stale, dusty, damp, scented, or heavy
  • indoor air and surfaces need a closer, calmer look
  • the next step is not obvious
  • practical guidance feels more useful than pressure or overwhelm
  • seasonal changes, guests, or home updates are on the horizon
  • dust, moisture, odors, or airflow keep showing up as concerns
  • support tools need to match the actual room and routine
  • education-first guidance would help before buying products or making changes

This service is especially useful for people who want their home to feel calmer, cleaner, and better supported — with practical guidance shaped around their rooms, routines, and real-life needs.

What This Is Not

The 3-Room Fit Check is not:

  • mold testing
  • mold clearance
  • medical advice
  • a formal home inspection
  • remediation
  • construction advice
  • HVAC inspection
  • laboratory testing
  • a guarantee of indoor air quality
  • a substitute for licensed professionals when repairs, testing, or medical care are needed

If something appears outside the scope of Healthy Home Day, I may suggest contacting the appropriate licensed professional.

Remote or In-Home

The 3-Room Fit Check is available in two formats:

Remote Guided Fit Check
A video-based walkthrough where you guide me through the three rooms. This is a good option if you are outside the local service area or want practical education from wherever you live.

In-Home Fit Check
Available for local clients when an on-site walkthrough is preferred.

Both formats use the same Healthy Home Day lens: Load, Flow, and Rhythm. The in-home version may allow for additional on-site observations and spot readings when appropriate.

3-Room Healthy Home Fit Check — $279

Includes a guided review of three rooms or everyday spaces, an education-first discussion, and a written follow-up summary with practical next steps.

Available remotely by video or in-home for local clients.

Additional rooms, extended sessions, travel outside the local area, post-remediation education visits, or equipment trials may be quoted separately.

Before You Book

The 3-Room Fit Check is best when you can share:

  • which three rooms you want reviewed
  • what feels off, if anything
  • whether there has been recent water damage, remodeling, smoke, fragrance, pet issues, or unusual odors
  • whether anyone in the home is highly sensitive to dust, scent, moisture, or particles
  • what support tools you already use, such as air purifiers, filters, fans, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, or monitors

You do not need to have all the answers. A few observations are enough to begin.
