I’m Wanda Conrad, CYT—a wellness educator and tech professional focused on indoor air quality. With 30 years in data technologies and a long background in life-science-informed wellness work, I’m wired to ask: what’s actually happening in the environment—and what changes make a noticeable difference?
COVID-19 sharpened my focus on something most people never measure: the indoor environment. I’ve taught breathing techniques for years, and it clicked that every inhale is a point of contact with what’s in the air. Indoor spaces can concentrate particles, VOCs, and moisture patterns, so small changes in airflow, humidity, and product choices can shift the day-to-day feel of a room. That insight is why I built Healthy Home Day—to bring clear education and practical steps to the places where daily life happens.
