Healthy Home Day helps you notice what may be shaping the feel of a room—so you can take a practical step toward a space that feels easier to live in, work in, and maintain.
Most of life happens indoors, yet few people are taught how everyday conditions like airflow, moisture, buildup, and routine shape the feel of a room. Often, we do not pay attention until something feels off. Healthy Home Day starts the conversation earlier—so you can notice what may be easy to overlook and take a practical next step.
Think of this as a health check—but for your living space. Healthy Home Day focuses on the subtle conditions that are easy to overlook until they become harder to ignore: stale airflow, lingering moisture, recurring buildup, overloaded surfaces, and daily routines that quietly shape how a room functions. The goal is not perfection. It is better awareness, steadier support, and simpler decisions.
Healthy Home Day helps you make sense of what may be shaping a room and identify the most practical next step. We start with education and observation, then share options that fit real life—like ventilation habits, moisture awareness, filtration approaches, wet-zone product choices, and simple maintenance rhythms. No overwhelm. Just clear guidance you can use.
Hi, I’m Wanda Conrad, founder of Healthy Home Day.
I’m a wellness educator with a long background in data technologies, so I naturally look for patterns in habits, daily life, and the environments people move through every day.
My earlier work in yoga therapy taught me that people often do not fully notice what they are experiencing until there is enough calm to perceive it. I bring that same respect for observation into the way I look at living spaces.
I pay attention to what people may have adapted to—what has become normal simply because it is familiar—and help translate those observations into practical next steps.
Healthy Home Day is my way of helping people better understand what may be shaping their indoor environment, one room at a time.
